Due to the closure of University Ave, East Centennial Drive will be opened up to two directional traffic from Campus Road to the access road leading to the parking lot between Education and Upson. East Centennial Dr. north of the Education/Upson parking lot will be restricted to only allow Chester Fritz Library deliveries, UND vehicles, and Emergency Vehicles.
