Construction crews will be replacing the sidewalk on the south side of University Ave between the English Coulee bridge and the Gershman Engagement Center starting on Thursday, August 1st. The sidewalk will be fully reopened no later than Aug 21st. Sidewalks crossing under the English Coulee bridge will be closed as a result.
Please use the pedestrian path shown in green below, using the sidewalk on the south side of Fulton Hall and the English Coulee pedestrian bridge in order to travel between Wilkerson/West Campus and East Campus/Campus Core.
So how do pedestrians get to the campus core from the Chester Fritz lot as students employees said they can no longer get around the construction in front of the auditorium?
Updated information on this access would be helpful.
Thank you.
Students must navigate to the south of the construction zone, then head east towards the Campus Core. As soon as a quicker route is available, an update will be provided.
If parking at the Chester Fritz, as a student, how do you access the Campus Core? Such as walking to Twamley. The path is all blocked from the East side of the Chester Fritz to the President’s House.

I have just been informed that the green highlighted path is currently open and will remain open.
