Progress Update

The basement foundation walls are complete which allows waterproofing and backfill to begin. Soil corrections resume in the north, footings and walls are being formed and poured on main level, and sequence 2 utilities are underway. The building will start to go vertical as the CMU stair and elevator towers will start soon! We continue to work hard to get ahead of winter weather.

Quality Corner

BIM 360 Field Usage: BIM 360 field is a great tool for ensuring quality work in the field. Checklists are created for various types of inspections to ensure the work is installed per the construction documents .

Did You Know?

The red river valley has outstanding soils for farming but poor soils for construction. The fat clays are strength sensitive and compressible. Engineered fill is used to ensure proper bearing capacities and a stable foundation.

      Hi Michael,
      Currently there is not a good angle where a webcam can be mounted. They are trying to determine a good location for the webcam. Once one is found, there will be an updated posted here with the link to the webcam.

        I will send you a proposal for camera sites. You are not just showing a construction site. The web cams will “sell the sizzle” of the actual construction of the business school. Selling b-school for the future UND business school candidates. It is not the complicated.
