Quality Corner

As we continue with the exterior envelope of Sequence 1, it is essential the quality is documented and discussed. To ensure a quality envelope, the walls are inspected daily by a checklist created of all the necessary line items to be carefully looked at. If there are any issues or concerns, they are documented and dealt with by the contractor and trades as soon as possible. For instance, if there is an air barrier deficiency, it would need to be corrected before insulation is installed.
