Grand Re-opening Celebration

It is official. This is the last library renovation update you are going to see on this blog!  The largest renovation of the Chester Fritz Library since the 1981 building addition, is done.  To celebrate, the library is hosting a Grand Re-opening Celebration, during Homecoming Week, on Friday, October 22 at 3:00 pm.

The ceremony will feature remarks from President Andrew Armacost, Provost Eric Link, CIO Madhavi Marasinghe, Writing Center Director Anna Kinney, Student Government President Kaelen Reedy, and Dean of Libraries and Information Resources Stephanie Walker.

There will be tours of the renovation and refreshments after the ceremony.  There will be parking available in the parking ramp on the corner of N Columbia Road and University Avenue. Enter the ramp off of 2nd Ave N and proceed to the 4th and 5th floors of the ramp.
