SHRM has renewed NCoBPA Human Resource Management Degree!

We are pleased to announce that The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), has renewed the University of North Dakota Nistler College’s Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management degree program.

This affirms that our program fully aligns with the SHRM HR Curriculum Guidelines and is aligned for renewal from December 2021 – December 2026.

Throughout the world, over 500 programs in approx. 425 educational institutions have been acknowledged by SHRM as being in alignment with its suggested guides and templates. The guidelines are part of SHRM’s Academic Initiative to define HR education standards taught in university business schools and help universities develop degree programs that follow these standards.
