Admitted Student Day: A sneak peek at college life

Up until now, your high school student hasn’t had to think too hard about where they’ll eat, sleep, study or chill with friends for a night of popcorn and Netflix. More times than not, the answer was right at home.

That was pretty easy, but figuring out where home is going to be for the next four years is going to be a much bigger decision. So many factors go into that decision, and that’s why the University of North Dakota wants to give you and your student every opportunity to explore.

You’ll be able to get a true taste of college life by coming to UND Admitted Student Day on March 1. This day involves far more than a standard campus visit. Students get the chance to talk to UND professors in the classroom, hear from a panel of UND students, meet other future students and explore the parts of campus that interest them most.

Parents also get a special session just for them. It’s the perfect opportunity for undecided students to get a sneak peek at the goods and get a feel for how they’ll fit at UND.

Lunch is on us, and there’s no charge for the day’s events. Plus, 10 lucky students will win a $1,000 UND scholarship for fall 2019 semester. Reservations close Feb. 24, so act today to save your spot.
