Has your student finished their mandatory training?

As part of our efforts to build a COVID-resistant campus, we have made several changes. To help ensure everyone understands these changes, we are requiring all students to complete mandatory online SafeCollegesTM training. This training provides a high-level overview of how campus has evolved to help keep our community safe and prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Beginning July 28, alert your student to watch their email for a notification from SafeColleges that the training is ready. It will take about 45 minutes to complete, including a 10-question learning assessment. Make sure you and your student are subscribed to the Coronavirus Blog to stay up to date on UND’s smart restart plans.

In addition, your student will need to take the mandatory online education program on sexual violence, alcohol and drugs that will be emailed to them before classes start. Be sure to discuss implications of sexual violence, alcohol and drug use with your student.

The COVID-19 training module will need to be completed before your student begins classes – and no later than Aug. 21. The sexual violence, alcohol and drugs training module will need to be completed by Sept. 30.
