University Children’s Learning Center to close for two weeks after caregiver tests positive for COVID-19

Today, Friday, Oct. 23, the University Children’s Learning Center (UCLC) at the University of North Dakota was notified that a caregiver with the facility had tested positive for COVID-19.

Family members of students at the center and UCLC personnel have been notified.

Per guidance from the North Dakota Department of Health and out of an abundance of caution, the University has decided to close the facility for two weeks, while close contacts quarantine and the UND Public Safety Office conducts appropriate cleaning and disinfecting at the UCLC facility.

The UCLC is expected to reopen Monday, Nov. 9, at 7 a.m.
