Greetings! This fall is definitely different, but we’re excited to have our students back on campus. With face coverings and sanitizing stations out in full force, we’re looking forward to making it a great year!
Today, you can read about how this year’s fall class is breaking records in diversity and college preparedness.
Thanks to planners’ efforts and flexibility from students and families, this year’s Welcome Weekend at UND came off without a hitch. All the Fighting Hawk masks couldn’t hide the smiles of some 1,777 students moving into UND residence halls.
Your students and their families are invited to experience UND at our Fall Open House on Oct. 15, 16, 22 or 23. Students will get an overview of admissions, scholarships, academic programs and life as a Fighting Hawk. If students can’t visit during the Fall Open House, they can schedule a visit with us Monday through Friday and on select Saturdays.
On-campus visits will look different this year. Make sure your students review the campus visit guidelines before visiting campus. To help with physical distancing, students will be allowed to bring no more than two guests to their visit.
Also, please remind your students to make a habit of checking their email. They could be missing deadlines, to-do items and announcements about financial aid, scholarships and awards.
