Update on Travel and Expense Notifications

CTS is still working with Oracle on a solution for the email notifications. In the meantime, they implemented a temporary solution. They reverted to online email notifications, which will go out immediately after submission, approval, etc. Along with that, they turned on budget checking every 15 minutes, so hopefully, that will cut down on the budget issues when approvers try to approve. This change also means that the emails will not be coming from Michele Kuppich, which will reduce the number of replies. This change is only a temporary change. Once CTS has a fix, they will be reverting to email notifications and budget checking three times daily.
