UND Bookstore Temporarily Transitions to Online Order Fulfillment/Pick Up Only Due to Staff Impacted by Covid

The University of North Dakota Bookstore is switching to Online Order Fulfillment/Pick-Up Only effective 01/17/2022 until further notice due to the store team being impacted by COVID.

How does this impact students?

  • If you previously placed an order through the UND Bookstore website (www.bkstr.com/northdakotastore), you can still plan to enter the bookstore through the main entrance and pickup your fulfilled order (once you have received notification that your order is ready for pick-up). Please ensure you have your order number and photo ID when entering the store.
  • If you are in need of materials for classes but have not yet placed an order on www.bkstr.com/northdakotastore, please place your order online and allow 48 hours for your order to be fulfilled (order may take longer than 48 hours if being fulfilled from another warehouse location).
  • If you would like to visit the store to shop in-person, this option is temporarily suspended as we are dedicating all of our current team members to fulfilling online orders. This option will remain suspended until further notice.
  • Once the store team has all returned and there is a plan to fully reopen, all students will be notified.

How does this impact faculty?

  • Faculty members with email inquiries will experience delays in responses as there are not enough team members to fulfill orders and respond to email inquiries. If you have an urgent matter, please contact the bookstore by phone and the team will do their best to assist you.
  • Once the store team has all returned and there is a plan to fully reopen, all faculty will be notified.
