Flood threat has subsided

As of Tuesday, April 28, 2020, the Red River at Grand Forks has slipped back into its banks and, at 26.8 feet is below flood stage. The river crested at 47.48 feet early Saturday morning, April 11.

Roads and bridges, including the Greenway, are now open.
