Red River has returned to moderate flood stage

The Red River at Grand Forks crested at 47.48 feet early Saturday morning, April 11.

It is now falling, and early Monday morning returned to moderate flood stage at 45.1 feet. It’s expected to continue a steady fall, barring major moisture events.

The Point and Sorlie Bridges remain closed, along with the Greenway and other areas. Flooding continues to the north with road closures. Please be aware and do not drive on flooded roadways.
