First- and second-year medical students recognize faculty for Outstanding Block Instructor Awards

CharlesHFeeAuditorium_EricJohnsonDevandrePant_Oct27_23In recognition of outstanding performance in the encouragement, enrichment, and education of tomorrow’s physicians, the medical classes of 2021 and 2022 have recognized six faculty for Outstanding Block Instructor Awards in Block I and Block V of the 2018–19 academic year.

The Class of 2021 (Year 2) Block V awardees are the following individuals:

  • Seema Somji, PhD, assistant professor, Department of Pathology
  • Mark Koponen, MD, associate professor, Department of Pathology
  • Archana Dhasarathy, PhD, assistant professor, Department of Biomedical Sciences

The Class of 2022 (Year 1) Block I awardees are the following individuals:

  • Jane Dunlevy, PhD, associate professor, Education Resources/Department of Biomedical Sciences
  • Thad Rosenberger, PhD, associate professor, Department of Biomedical Sciences
  • Bryon Grove, PhD, associate professor, Department of Biomedical Sciences
