16-week weight loss study on protein eating patterns and weight loss in women

The Human Nutrition Research Center in Grand Forks is looking for overweight women to join a study to determine if the time of day protein is consumed affects participants’ weight loss goals. You may receive up to $820 dollars, or a membership to Choice Health & Fitness, for study participation.

Requirements:

  • You must be a 20—44 year-old female (may be older if you have regular monthly periods)
  • Eat a research-specific diet that contains animal products
  • Come to the center to pick up food daily
  • Attend weight loss classes
  • Stay at the center for 24 hours on three separate occasions
