Zen in 10

Zen in 10 focuses on stretching, breathing, and having fun with coworkers. Go back to work with less stress, more energy, and better body functioning.

Sessions will be held at the SMHS from 10:40 a.m. to 10:50 a.m. on the SMHS Auditorium (Room E101) every Tuesday and Thursday in December. NOTE: sessions will be held in Room E223 on Dec. 17 and 19. There will be no Zen in 10 sessions Dec. 24, 26, and 31.
