Wear Red Day photo on Friday, Feb. 7

Hey, faculty, staff, and students! The SMHS is once again helping raise awareness for heart disease by participating in the American Heart Association (AHA) “Wear Red Day” event by taking a group photo of all SMHS employees/students wearing red at 10 a.m. on the School’s grand stairs on Friday, Feb. 7.

As the AHA website notes, “On the first Friday of every February, which is designated as American Heart Month, the nation comes together, igniting a wave of red from coast to coast. From landmarks to news anchors and neighborhoods to online communities, this annual groundswell unites millions of people for a common goal: the eradication of heart disease and stroke.”
