Jessica Gilbert Redman

Jessica Gilbert Redman is the new online resources & services librarian in Library Resources at the School of Medicine & Health Sciences. Jessica comes to Library Resources from UND’s Chester Fritz Library, where she recently completed the website redesign and worked with staff across the organization to increase communication through the implementation of a staff portal and the rollout of Microsoft Teams for all CFL staff. She completed her master’s degree in library and information science in May 2016, and has since taken on leadership roles in professional organizations both local and national. Additionally, she has completed a post-graduate certificate in user experience and always seeks to ensure that end users are able to easily find the information they need to complete their research.
