CANCELED: Mohammad to speak on artificial intelligence in behavioral health March 10

Please join us on Tuesday, March 10, 2020, at noon in SMHS Room W202 for “The Transformational Role of Artificial Intelligence in Behavioral Health,” a talk by Dr. Atif Farid Mohammad. Dr. Mohammad is seeking to build collaborative relationships with SMHS researchers in the area of machine learning and big data, including access to denitrified data sets that Catasys Inc. has access to from large third party payers.

Dr. Atif Farid Mohammad is a senior research/data scientist at Catasys Inc., and is a professor of artificial intelligence at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Dr. Atif completed his doctoral degree in scientific computing from the University of North Dakota in May 2019. He also received a degree in cloud security from the University of Quebec in April 2015 and is a recipient of two master’s degrees in computer science (2009) and software engineering (1997). Dr. Atif has published 51 articles in national and international journals since 2008.
