“Zoom to the Water Cooler” with SMHS on Aug. 14
Do you miss bumping into colleagues at Café 1905? Do you long for the days of coming up with helpful ideas for either the SMHS or UND with friends by interacting in spontaneous ways outside the Center for Rural Health suite or Simulation Center?
Let’s try to capture at least some of that atmosphere again!
The SMHS is hosting a Zoom to the Water Cooler event online for any and all faculty and staff interested on Friday, Aug. 14, 2020, at 1 p.m. (CST).
Here’s the process:
- On Friday, Aug. 14, follow the Zoom link provided below
- A brief description of the event and process will be provided in the meeting
- Wait to be assigned to a “break-out room” filled with a few other SMHS colleagues (randomly assigned)
- Catch up, chat, and interact until you’re sent to another break-out room
This voluntary event will last up to one hour. The concept is to give you a chance to connect with some colleagues you may not have seen for months and to generate ideas for future events in the COVID-era. Stay as long as you’d like for this first of what might be several virtual water cooler events.
