Ring in 2021 with (virtual!) instructional design office hours

Are online, hybrid, or hyflex class designs causing you double the work and double the stress? Are you hitting a wall as you try to prepare spring course content? Have you been using tools that frustrate more than they cooperate? In 2021, let’s focus on what’s been working and leave the rest behind.

Dr. Adrienne Salentiny will offer several virtual office hours late December and early January. She will address your questions about online teaching, communication, assessment, grading, projects, presentations, and any other teaching and curriculum-related topics. Dr. Salentiny has nearly 15-years of experience in instructional design and has taught online and hybrid courses for over a decade. You have questions; she has answers!

There will be no prepared presentation. These are drop-in events: come if you can, when you can.

Dr. Salentiny will log into Zoom for virtual office hours at the times below.

  • December 22 from 2:00-3:00 CST
  • December 29 from 9:30-10:30 CST
  • December 30 from 9:00-10:00 CST
  • January 5 from 8:30-9:30 CST
  • January 6 from 9:30-10:30 CST

Join via this Zoom Link (you will be taken to a waiting room and admitted ASAP).

You are invited to take advantage of these office hours regardless of program, geographical location, or type of course.

If you would prefer to schedule a one-on-one virtual consultation at a time of your choice, you may do so by emailing Dr. Salentiny (adrienne.salentiny@und.edu).
