Phase-One med students recognize faculty as Outstanding Unified Session Instructors for Session IV

In recognition of outstanding performance in the encouragement, enrichment, and education of tomorrow’s physicians, the medical class of 2024 has recognized three faculty for Outstanding Unified Session Instructor Awards in Unified Session IV of the 2020-21 academic year.

The Class of 2024 (Phase 1) Unified Session IV awardees are the following individuals:

• Patrick Carr, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Education Resources/Department of Biomedical Sciences
• Kumi Combs, Ph.D., Assistant Professor, Department of Biomedical Sciences
• Kara Eickman, M.D., Pre-clerkship Clinical Curriculum Director, Department of Education Resources
