Biomedical Sciences: Biswas wins Lillian Elsinga Outstanding Student Leader Award.

Nivedita Biswas, PhD candidate in the Department of Biomedical Sciences and President of the Biomedical Graduate Student Association, is receiving the Lillian Elsinga Outstanding Student Leader Award. Nivedita is in the lab of Dr. David S. Bradley and her work is on Cancer Immunotherapy and Crispr based gene manipulation.

The Lillian Elsinga award recognizes students who exhibit exemplary leadership skills through their campus involvement, volunteer efforts, on-campus employment, and/or other life experiences. This year the Leadership Awards Ceremony will be held virtually.
