Phase 1 medical students recognize faculty for Outstanding Unified Session Instructor Awards

In recognition of outstanding performance in the encouragement, enrichment, and education of tomorrow’s physicians, the medical student Class of 2024 has recognized three faculty for Outstanding Unified Session Instructor Awards in Unified Session VII of the 2021-22 academic year.

The Class of 2024 (Phase 1) Unified Session VII awardees are the following individuals:

• Catherine Brissette, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Department of Biomedical Sciences
• Kara Eickman, M.D., Pre-Clerkship Clinical Science Curriculum Director, Clinical Assistant Professor, Department of Education Resources
• Andrea Lays, M.D., Clinical Faculty, Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology
