UND Open Educational Resources (OER) Implementation Grant Initiative

Are you interested in using Open Educational Resources (OERs) in your courses? And are you looking for a grant to help defray the cost of your time and efforts?

Dedicated funding is available towards adapting your course to use OERs. UND and the Student Senate recognize the importance of OERs to the academic landscape. In this spirit, we announce the Open Educational Resources (OER) Implementation Grant Initiative and invite grant proposals from the UND community for consideration.

Instructors may receive up to $3000 per course that they wish to adapt. All courses are eligible for consideration.

Just fill out the application form online at: und.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_5AaS0ARwmDKZkBn

Even if you have been trying to find great OERs for your courses but haven’t been able to quite put your finger on what you need, or if you have a desire to create your very own OERs, we are interested in receiving proposals. Just submit additional proposal information (including proposed budgets), as per the form, to Stephanie Walker.

The proposal deadline is Friday, June 6, 2022, 5 p.m.

Questions? Contact Stephanie Walker, Chair of the UND OER Working Group, at stephanie.walker@UND.edu or 701.777.2619.
