This is an exciting time. Enjoy it! You’ve worked hard to get this far, but remember that you are interviewing the program as much as they are interviewing you. Be yourself, but don’t forget that everything is part of the interview. It may seem like a friendly dinner with just you and the residents, but such events are still part of the interview. Also, if you haven’t already, now is the time to clean up your social media profiles; some programs take the time to look at how you present yourself online.
