MS3 in Phase 2

Please remember the Office of Student Affairs & Admissions no longer houses your immunization records. Do not email or fax any personal records to saa@UND.edu. All of your records are stored at Myrecordtracker. It is your responsibility to keep your immunization information updated. Myrecordtracker will send you email reminders 30 days before the due date (15 days and 5 days as well). Please fulfill the requirements by the expiration date to avoid any repercussions. If you are having trouble logging on or have forgotten your password, please call 855.225.8606 and press 1. You will be prompted to leave a voicemail message. We have been reassured that the team at Myrecordtracker tries to respond within 24 hours.

ERAS 2023 cycle: MyERAS application for ERAS 2023 will open in June 2022 for the 2023 Match. This will allow you to begin to work on your residency application.

If you registered your ERAS token, you have the ability to request letter writers to upload letters to the Letters of Recommendation Portal (LoRP). You only have access to the following functions prior to the start of the ERAS 2023 application season (June 2022).

• Update your Personal Information page
• Add and confirm LoR information
• Print Letter Request Form(s)
• View the status of LoRs

Several of you have not yet registered your ERAS token for the 2023 ERAS cycle. If you have not, an email was sent to your UND email address on 6.14.21. If you cannot find the email, please contact Cindy Stromme.
