New buoy deployed.

The buoy is deployed today in Devils Lake. This is the 7th year of continual deployment of the buoy. It was a short season last year as a storm broke the buoy free from its anchor and crushed it on the rocks by the shore. The new buoy now has two anchors, which we hope will keep it safer.
