Summer 2019 Fellowship: Atmospherium Research

The John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences at the University of North Dakota recently installed a new Atmospherium projector system (similar to a planetarium). The NDSGC is looking to fund one student to research the system’s online video tutorials, create a master document that illustrates how to operate for visiting faculty, and ultimately, create their own (or find existing) planetarium shows that the School of Aerospace can use in future outreach events. Overall, the NDSGC is looking for a student who is eager to learn new technology, can work independently, and is a motivated individual. 

Fellowship Stipend per Semester:

• Undergraduates: $2,250 in Summer
• Graduate students: $2,850 in Summer

Eligibility:

• US Citizen
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Student enrolled at the University of North Dakota
