Students are invited to participate in Mindfulness Program sessions every other Monday at the Wellness Center. Sessions begin on Monday, September 26. Each 40-minute session includes 20 minutes of practice paired with guided discussion. Beginners are encouraged. No membership or fee required. Please check-in at the Welcome Desk upon arrival.
