Volleyball tournament will benefit Michael Romans

From April 23-25, Delta Tau Delta Fraternity will team up with Alpha Chi Omega Sorority to host their annual charitable volleyball tournament.  The students will  raise money for Michael Romans of Hallock, Minn., a 49-year-old diagnosed with a serious disease.

Register your team Friday until the first game at 4 p.m.  Cost is $12 per person(including t-shirt), individual t-shirts are available for $6. Play is five-on-five with an optional alternate for each team. Prizes will be awarded for the top winning teams.

Be sure to bring your car for the car wash Saturday, and your test your luck at the 50/50 raffle. Burgers, hot dogs, cookies and pop will be available for sale at the event.

Romans and his family will stop by on Saturday afternoon. The event is open to the community and free will donations are accepted. Delta Tau Delta is located at 2700 University Ave. (corner of University and Columbia). Free parking behind the house. — Delta Tau Delta Fraternity.
