Student-athletes named to Big Sky Winter All-Academic team
The University placed 43 student-athletes on the 2013-14 Big Sky Conference Winter All-Academic Team.
The Winter All-Academic Team recognizes the sports of men’s and women’s basketball and men’s and women’s indoor track & field. To be eligible, a student-athlete must have met and/or exceeded the following minimum requirements: 1) Participated in at least half of the team’s competitions; 2) Achieved a 3.2 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) at the conclusion of the most recently completed term; 3) Completed at least one academic term at his/her current Big Sky institution.
UND’s 43 selections ranked fourth among the 11 Big Sky member institutions, behind only Eastern Washington (49), Montana State (49) and Idaho State (44).
