Remembering Sheila Schafer

Sheila Schafer, the mother of President Ed Schafer, passed away Wednesday, March 16, in Bismarck, N.D. The prayer service will be at Parkway Funeral Services in Bismarck on Friday night at 7 p.m., and her funeral will be Saturday, March 19, at Lutheran Church of the Cross, Bismarck. Eastgate Funeral Home of Bismarck is handling arrangements.
