Dec. 11: Home Town Christmas Concert with the Grand Forks Symphony

The Greater Grand Forks Symphony Orchestra presents “Down Home Christmas” on Sunday, Dec. 11, 2:30 p.m. at the Empire Arts Center.

Guests will enjoy delightful selections of seasonal hits, Baroque concertos, and the heartwarming Christmas Triptych for orchestra, specifically adapted by the composer for this performance in Grand Forks.

The winner of the 2016 Young Artist Concerto and UND Student Matthew Lorenz, piano; along with Mary Ann Kyle, soprano; and soloists from the GGFSO will be featured.

A free pre-concert lecture begins at 1:30 p.m.
