Staff Senate is pleased to offer a workshop on navigating organizational change. Inspirational speaker and joy refueler Dawn Kaiser will conduct a workshop on Tuesday, April 4 from 10:30 a.m. to noon in the Memorial Union Ballroom. The presentation is free to all UND employees. You can register through Learning and Development (register.und.edu).

In today’s fast paced world, change is inevitable. If it were one change at a time we might be able to easily navigate it, but we are called to adapt to a myriad of changes at once. In the past change has only been addressed from a head space, but we miss a key piece of the picture if we neglect to explore the heart space.

UND Staff Senate is pleased to bring Dawn Kaiser, an inspirational speaker and joy refueler, to campus to speak with UND Staff. In this session, we will explore the heart of change and the techniques you can use to move forward one step at a time and successfully create transformations and transitions in your team and your organization.

Delivering more than 100 live events annually, Dawn has become known for her inspirational ideas on leadership, joy, positive psychology, faith and much more. She delivers keynote speeches, seminars, and virtual learning events using a heart-centered approach, engaging learning techniques and actionable content that energizes, encourages and equips individuals and organizations to flourish.

If you register by March 29, you may be eligible to attend a small group lunch with Dawn. Participants who are invited to the lunch will be notified in advance.
