Acting camp for kids set for July 10-Aug. 11

The Greater Grand Forks Community Theatre will again offer its popular summer acting camp, July 10-Aug. 11 at the Fire Hall Theater in downtown Grand Forks. The theme is “Melodrama and Memories.”  Children entering 2-9th grade in the fall are invited to register for the five-week camp.  This year we will explore the campy comedy of the melodrama – villains will twirl mustaches but damsels in distress will be their own heroes!

Grades 2-5 attend T/Th from 12 – 1:30 — cost: $55; and grades 6-9 attend M-Th from 3:30- 5:30 — cost: $95. (There is a discount when enrolling more than one child in the same family.) Both groups will perform their shows on Aug. 10 and 11 on the Fire Hall stage.
