Incomplete grade conversion form is now online

The Office of the Registrar is pleased to announce that the Incomplete Grade Conversion form (aka “Removal of Incomplete Grade” form) is now electronic and can be submitted online.  Please visit the following link.  http://und.edu/academics/registrar/faculty-staff-forms.cfm.

The Office of the Registrar strongly encourages the submission of the electronic “Incomplete Grade Conversion” form versus the paper form.
