Sept. 15: Input due on proposed changes to promotion, tenure, and evaluation

After three years of work, the Promotion, Tenure, and Evaluation Working Group has finalized its recommended revisions to the Faculty Handbook’s sections relating to promotion, tenure, and evaluation.

The Working Group has already solicited input from the University Senate Executive Committee, the President and Provost, and the Academic Deans.  With the start of the 2017-18 academic year, the Working Group would now like to get input on its efforts from faculty across campus.  Please click here to view the proposed Faculty Handbook revisions, as well as the feedback provided by the University Senate Executive Committee, the President and Provost, and the Academic Deans.  You will also be able to provide your input.  The online opportunity to provide input will be open through Sept. 15.
