Salary Administration – New; Comments due Sept. 8, 2017

This policy is designed to attract and retain a well-qualified workforce. Salary decisions are also dependent upon legislative action and North Dakota State Board of Higher Education (SBHE) direction, and are made in accordance with North Dakota University System (NDUS) Human Resource Policy Manual Section 5
