Oct. 18: Mary Wakefield presents talk on nursing’s role in global health policy

Mary Wakefield, Visiting Scholar of Heathcare Policy, will present “Nursing’s Role in Global Health Policy” at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18, in Room 210 of the College of Nursing and Professional Development.

As former Acting Deputy Secretary of the US Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) and former Administrator of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Dr. Wakefield brings a deep and broad perspective on nursing’s role in health policy.
