Dec. 10: Symphony concert features Tchaikovsky

Join the Greater Grand Forks Symphony and Orchestra at the Empire Arts Center on Dec. 10 for A Russian Winter, featuring Tchaikovsky’s 1st Symphony and the winners of the Young Artist Competition. A pre-concert talk with Conductor Drago is at 1:30 p.m.; the concert begins at 2:30 p.m.
