Chester Fritz Distinguished Professor nominations due Feb. 15

Nominations are sought for individuals to be considered for recognition as a Chester Fritz Distinguished Professor.

Chester Fritz Distinguished Professorships are the University’s highest faculty honorific, awarded to individuals who have demonstrated achievement across research, teaching, and service with significant national or regional recognition, and who have made significant professional contributions throughout their career, especially at UND.

Nomination packets are due to the respective dean’s office by Thursday, Feb. 15. Nominators must be a Chester Fritz Distinguished Professor, full professor, or department chair. Criteria for nomination requirements and selection can be found on the Chester Fritz Distinguished Professors webpage.
