Karlene Clark and Stephanie Walker published in Journal of Access Services

The student employee training and assessment program developed by Karlene Clark through collaboration with other Chester Fritz Library supervisors and campus-wide supervisors has now been published by the December 2017 issue of The Journal of Access Services.

“No more magic aprons: Longitudinal assessment and continuous improvement of customer service at the University of North Dakota libraries” discusses the development of the outcomes, the importance of assessment, and the necessity of preparing students for careers beyond college.
