2018 Leadership award nominations due April 6

Nominations for the Lillian Elsinga Outstanding Student Leader Award, the Outstanding Student Organization Advisor Award, and the Outstanding Student Organization Award are now being accepted.

The Lillian Elsinga Outstanding Student Leader Award recognizes students who have exhibited exceptional leadership skills through their campus involvement, volunteer service efforts, on-campus employment, or other life experiences.

Students do not have to be involved with a student organization to be eligible for this award. The nominees for Outstanding Student Leader only need to have displayed strong leadership characteristics through some aspect of their campus experience (organizations, classrooms, on-campus employment, etc.).

The Outstanding Student Organization Advisor Award recognizes student organization advisors for their commitment and dedication to students and their campus involvement.

The Outstanding Student Organization Award recognizes student organizations that have contributed in a significant way to the University and Grand Forks community over the past year. Nominations for this award should come from members of the organization.

Recipients of the awards will be honored at the Leadership Awards Reception on Friday, April 27, at 2:30 p.m. in the Memorial Union Ballroom.
