Open forums are July 25, 26 for director of analytics and planning finalists

Two candidates will visit campus July 25 and 26 to interview for the Director of University Analytics and Planning position. This is the office that provides all other units with data about things like retention rates, admission projections, graduation rates, student credit hours generated etc.

There is an open forum for each where they have been asked to discuss the importance of the office of University Analytics and Planning for strategic planning.

Amanda Moske’s forum is on Wednesday from 2 to 3 p.m. in Gamble Hall, Room 145.
She was a senior data analyst at the University of North Texas and is currently the Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness at Hartwick College in New York State.  She received her B.S. in Biology and B.A. in Psychology from the University of Missouri, her M.S. and Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of North Texas.

Kimberly Thompson’s forum is on Thursday from 9 to 10 a.m. in Upson Hall II, Room 261
She served as the Senior Director of Assessment and Institutional Research at the University of Phoenix until this past December. Her previous positions include: a) Director of Institutional Research and Director of Enterprise Reporting Business Intelligence at the University of the Rockies/Bridgepoint Education; b) Director of the Office of Institutional Accreditation, Strategic Planning, and Effectiveness at the University of Colorado, Denver; c) Director of Institutional Research at the Colorado Community College System; and d) Policy Analyst-Compliance Officer at the Colorado Commission on Higher Education. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Metropolitan State College and her M.A. in Industrial/Organization Psychology from the University of Colorado, Denver.
