Nov. 29, Dec. 6: Mindfulness Series

Research shows that mindfulness can improve physical, emotional and mental health. This four-week course offers an introduction to the foundations of mindfulness.

Participants will learn evidence-based techniques including stress reduction, self-awareness and connectivity.  Class will be held at 10 a.m. in the Memorial Room on Nov. 8, 15, 29 and Dec. 6. Click here for a flyer.
