Heather Terrell receives Elmer and Min West Award

Heather Terrell , director of Psychology Undergraduate Programs, has received the Elmer and Min West Award.

The family of Elmer and Min West founded the award in 1985 to recognize an outstanding faculty member and strong teacher. It alternates on an annual basis between the College of Arts & Sciences and the School of Medicine & Health Sciences. This year, the College of Arts & Sciences selected Heather Terrell, Assistant Professor in the department of Psychology as the recipient of the Elmer and Min West Award. She was nominated by her peers because of her demonstrated record of implementing high-impact and innovative educational practices in the classroom.
