Oct. 28: Farewell reception for Eileen Johnson

Please join Procurement & Payment Services for a farewell reception for Eileen Johnson, training and continuous improvement manager, 2 to 3:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, at Carnegie Hall.

For 10 years, Eileen has served as accounts payable manager and most recently as training and continuous improvement manager for Procurement & Payment Services.  Eileen will continue to serve the University System in her new position as project manager with NDUS Core Technology Services.    

Eileen played an integral part in the planning, set-up and implementation of UND’s innovative electronic (paperless) accounts payable system. Eileen, along with the implementation team, won the national Central Association of College and Business Officers (CACUBO) “Best Practice Award” in 2014 for this system which has resulted in faster, more accurate bill payment and cost efficiencies. Eileen’s innovative thinking, technical know-how, commitment to process improvement and wonderful sense of humor will be greatly missed.   Please stop in to wish Eileen well in her new endeavor.
