There will be a Special Denim Spirit Day on Friday, Oct. 4.
Help support the Salvation Army natural disasters response fund. The Salvation Army is ready to jump into action with disaster relief services whenever natural disasters strike. In addition to addressing the typical needs of victims, the Salvation Army tailors its services to fit the specific needs of the individuals and communities as well as to the magnitude of the disaster.
Be comfortable and wear denim and/or UND colors or clothing that day, to show your spirit. Give what you can to your Denim Day site coordinator or send your donation directly to Jade Gourneau, Twamley Hall Room 204, Stop 7155. Your contributions help this organization that has a great impact in our community and others. Even if you wear denim every day, donate a dollar for these charities. You are helping families in this community or maybe a fellow employee.
Checks should be made out to “Denim Day.” Please mark “Special Denim Day” on your the envelope and the date of Oct. 4 and send to Twamley no later than Oct. 11.
